| Asbestos Inspections |
|
Asbestos building inspections are often needed to identify asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) prior to
the start of construction activity. AARC performs typical inspection activities such as making a visual
survey of the building to identify areas of interest, collection of samples, review and analysis of
laboratory results and preparation of the final report and drawings to identifying ACMs.
All AARC asbestos building inspections are tailored to the site
requirements and the client's individual needs.

Asbestos Abatement
|
|
Asbestos abatement involves the safe removal and disposal of ACMs from a site or system. Abatement
management requires careful supervision of on-site activities. AARC reviews
all contractor documentation, performs visual inspections before and after abatement activities
commence, collect daily and clearance air samples and prepare the final report.
AARC's project managers protect our clients by making certain that abatement activities are conducted
in accordance with the applicable technical specifications, as well as in accordance with all federal,
state and local regulations.
